Join local Psychotherapist Perri Shaw Borish in a virtual online chat around how to manage the uncertainty and anxiety COVID-19 is causing you and your family.
This will be a chance to connect with others and hear how they are coping, as well as walk away with some tangible coping skills from Perri for stress and anxiety reduction.

Perri Shaw Borish is a compassionate Board Certified, Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses a psychodynamic approach to create a warm and nurturing environment for her clients. Perri’s approach is tailored according to where each client is in their process.
