Having a baby is a major life change. The challenges of becoming a parent can be both surprising and overwhelming. Unfortunately, postpartum and new parent support therapy is often intimidating and expensive. As such, families don’t get the foundation they require. Our Moms Supporting Moms Group can help provide the footing you need.
Addressing the Need for Postpartum Support in Philadelphia
We recognize that caring for the child often means caring for the family. We also understand that seeking support does not mean you can’t handle your new role. It means you just experienced a major lifestyle transformation! We want to help you acclimate in an accessible and nurturing setting. We know that “cute” and “easy” are two very different things.
Our weekly Moms Supporting Moms Group meets most Wednesday mornings (9:30am-10:30am) in our Center City (South Street) Philadelphia office, facilitated by the team at Whole Heart.
You do not need to be a patient of our offices to participate in our classes.
Each session costs only $20. Advanced registration is required, no walk-ins please. Please see the calendar for a full listing of class dates and to register online.
