“Sleep Solutions?” is a 90-minute interactive workshop is facilitated by Erica Desper, a Certified Baby and Child Sleep Coach who struggled with sleep deprivation herself after the birth of her son. The workshop will cover the most common causes of pediatric sleep issues, the typical pitfalls that lead to sleepless nights and the different methods to overcome them.
This workshop is tailored for parents and caregivers of babies 4 months or older. Need support with a sleep issue for a younger baby? Please check our Newborn Sleep 101 workshop. It’s never too early to develop a healthy sleep routine.
You do not need to be a patient of our offices to participate in our classes.
