We have received information that Cigna and Jefferson Health have been unable to finalize a new contract. While Center City Pediatrics is not owned by Jefferson Health, we do have an affiliation agreement with them for certain insurance products. Cigna is one of them. As a result, CCP is “out of network” for our patients with ALL Cigna plans effective immediately. This will impact insurance payments as it relates to your out-of-pocket expenses for future appointments but should not affect payments for services rendered prior to March 15, 2025.
Until this situation is resolved, you will be required to sign our Cigna Out of Network Acknowledgment form at the time of check-in. This form confirms that you were made aware of this information prior to your appointment.
We will share additional information as it is made available to us. In the interim, we suggest you contact Cigna directly to receive the most current and accurate details about your coverage.
