Earlier this week, we shared news regarding the status of your Cigna insurance coverage resulting from their contract negotiations with Jefferson Health. As promised, we will continue to share additional information as it becomes available to us.
We have been working directly with both Jefferson Health and Cigna, and are confident that we will reach a resolution that would meet our goal of remaining an in-network provider without interruption. Of course, this process may take some time to complete, and we very much appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to work toward a resolution.
In the meantime, your experience here at Center City Pediatrics will remain unchanged. We will check you in as if we are an in-network Cigna provider and accept regular, in-network co-pays and other payments as usual.
