Center City Pediatrics strives to stay connected so that you are never out of contact with your medical team. When the office is closed during daily lunch hour, during weekends, and after extended daily hours, both of our office phone numbers, South Street 215-735-5600 and Bala Cynwyd 610-257-9000, will direct you to our automated after-hours answering system. The system will prompt you for your child’s information and your call back number in order to directly notify the on-call Center City Pediatrics provider. If you do not hear back from the provider within an hour, we urge you to call again.
Also, please never leave messages after hours that require an immediate call back on any other CCP extensions unless you are calling to report the birth of a newborn. If you receive a greeting with any options other than calling the on-call provider and reporting a newborn and need to speak with the on call provider, please hang up and dial either main number 215-735-5600 or 610-257-9000 again.
