Does your preschooler or school age child struggle to fall asleep on their own? Sleep through the night in their own bed? Join me to cover the common reasons why sleep can be such a struggle as well as solutions you can implement right away. We’ll cover separation and other anxieties, fear of the dark and monsters, bedtime battles, curbing stalling and a case of the “one-more!”‘s, and early rising. This class is designed for parents of children ages 3-10. Time is allotted for questions so bring yours.
Center City Pediatrics and Center City Pediatrics Bala Cynwyd understand that a well-rested child usually means a better-rested parent. When you’re exhausted, it’s difficult to be your best. The key to a good night’s sleep is having the right tools and the proper guidance to support you along the way. A subtle shift may be all you need to see fantastic results.
