To schedule a well check, routine visit or follow-up by email, you can logon to your Follow My Health account at any time. You can select the day(s) and time(s) that are most convenient for you. Messages will be returned within 72 hours. Alternatively, you can choose the “Request Well Appointment” link at the top of our website homepage and follow the prompts.
To schedule a sick visit, contact your preferred location by phone. You can choose to schedule a visit directly with our reception team or – if you are unsure – to speak to a triage nurse that can assess your child’s symptoms and offer advice for treatment.
Sick visits should not be requested through Follow My Health or through the website scheduling link.
We can not accommodate walk-ins at any location at any time.
