Wait, Wait Please Tell Us!
Patient satisfaction surveys provide thoughtful insight into the experiences of our families and we remain committed to using this feedback to improve our service.
As we have shared before, wait times are often noted as areas of concern and have been an ongoing focus of our quality efforts. As part of these initiatives, we track wait times and appointment duration across locations to help identify where we still have work to do.
We are happy to share average appointment duration times, calculated from check-in to check-out, from the 1st quarter of this year:
· South Street: 43 minutes 28 seconds
· Bala Cynwyd: 43 minutes 10 seconds
· Fishtown: 38 minutes 9 seconds
Of course, we understand that not every appointment falls within these windows. But, we are working hard to stay on schedule and appreciate hearing from many of you who have seen us make strides in this area.
We will continue to explore ways to make every aspect of your visit the best that it can be!
Same Time, Next Year?
Did you know that well visit appointments can be scheduled up to a year in advance? No need to set a reminder to call the office! Just stop at check-out before you leave and make next year’s appointment!
Not in the office and need to schedule for next year?
Patients who have already been seen in one of our offices have multiple options to schedule a well visit:
· Call your preferred location and follow the prompts to schedule an appointment
· Use the “Appointment Info & Requests” button on the home page of our website to share your preferred availability with our scheduling team. In turn, they will confirm the best match and reply to you via email with your appointment date and time.
· Log in into your Follow My Health (FMH) portal and follow the links to request an appointment. Just like with our website option, you can share your availability with our staff and then receive an email with your final appointment date and time.
Early, And (More) Often!
We are excited to share that our Early Access self-scheduling link is now available 7 days a week! That’s right, self-scheduling has been expanded to Saturday and Sunday mornings.
The link will become active on our website at 7:30 each evening and will allow you to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Not every appointment is appropriate for Early Access, and some restrictions do apply. Please read the complete policy on our website before scheduling.
Need Forms?!
The time for camp and early season sports forms is upon us.
Remember, the fastest way to submit your form is on our website. This will guarantee that your request is routed to the proper team for processing – and will allow you to pay your form fee online, which will eliminate delays in completion.
Just need an immunization record? You can print these from home anytime, directly from your child’s Follow My Health account. This will save you the time and expense of having our office provide it!

School is Always in Session!
In-person parent education workshops are in full swing at both our South Street and *Bala Cynwyd locations. Advanced registration is required for all classes. You do not need to be a patient of the practice to join! Visit our website for details, facilitator bios and registration links.
