Phones will be set to voice mail every weekday between 12:30 – 1:30pm, while our offices close for lunch. Calls received during this time will be prioritized by acuity and returned when the office reopens.

Nurse triage is available until 5pm every weekday. Please note that calls received after 5pm on weekdays, or on weekends, will be directed to an on-call provider.

We are proud to offer extended weekday hours and weekend appointments that can accommodate almost any schedule. No walk-ins will be accommodated at any location at any time.

To schedule a well check, routine visit or follow-up by email, you can logon to your Follow My Health account at any time. You can select the day(s) and time(s) that are most convenient for you. Messages will be returned within 72 hours.

You can also schedule a well check by email using the “Request Appointment” tab at the top of our homepage. Email scheduling is available for registered patients only. New patients should contact our office by phone to schedule their first appointment.

To schedule a sick visit, contact us at 215-735-5600 (Center City appointments), 215-278-2500 (Fishtown appointments) or 610-257-9000 (Bala Cynwyd appointments). You can choose to schedule a visit directly or – if you are unsure – to speak to a triage nurse that can assess your child’s symptoms and offer advice for treatment.

Sick visits should not be requested through Follow My Health.

Early Access (online, self-scheduling) is available for certain sick visits on weekday mornings. Early Access is available in the event that your child has experienced new and worsening symptoms within the last 48 hours, it is not for chronic conditions or for issues already discussed with your provider. Early Access is extremely limited and available on a first come, first served basis. You can visit our website beginning at 7:30pm Sunday – Thursday evenings to preschedule for the following weekday morning. The Early Access link will remain available until 8am the following weekday morning, or until all the spots have been filled. When Early Access is full, please contact our office at 215-735-5600 (Center City), 215-278-2500 (Fishtown) or 610-257-9000 (Bala Cynwyd) to schedule a visit later in the day.
