We are once again proud to have earned recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The PCMH distinction is awarded to practices who demonstrate a model of care that puts patient experience at the forefront.
The recognition process requires us to undergo an annual review, where we submit evidence supporting the core values of the PCMH program:
· Team-based Care & Organization
· Knowing & Managing Our Patients
· Access & Continuity
· Care Management & Support
· Care Coordination & Care Transitions
· Performance Measurement & Quality Improvement
Practices that have earned this distinction are committed to continuous quality improvement. Research shows that this focus improves both the patient experience and increases staff satisfaction, even while reducing healthcare costs. We are excited to be among those recognized!

Staffing Update: Provider Changes
We are sad to announce that Dr. Rogers-McQuade will be leaving us this spring, following her family’s recent move. Her last day will be April 23rd.
If you had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Rogers-McQuade after 4/23, check your inbox for an email from our scheduling team. We have made every effort to keep your original day and time, just with a different provider. Where we cannot keep the same timing, you should have already been contacted by phone.
If you wish to make additional changes, please contact your preferred location and speak with our reception team. You can also update your preferred provider during your next pre-visit check-in.
While we are sad to see Dr. Rogers-McQuade go, we are excited to welcome Dr. Stephanie Lidd to our team, beginning this May. Dr. Lidd will see patients in both our Center City (South Street) and Fishtown locations. You can read Dr. Lidd’s bio on our website.
Good luck in your future endeavors, Dr. Rogers-McQuade, and welcome Dr. Lidd!
