As a Patient-Centered Medical Home, Center City Pediatrics is committed to continuous evaluation of our policies and procedures to ensure we always provide our families with the best possible experience. This pursuit extends beyond the care we deliver in our exam rooms to include every aspect of your interactions with our office.

It is with this pledge in mind that we are excited to introduce online appointment requests via our website. This new feature offers you a convenient way to communicate with our scheduling team – from any device, at any time.

Request Well Checks & Follow-Ups Online

Use the “Request An Appointment” link on our homepage to submit your request. After selecting a location for your appointment, you will be asked to provide:

• Contact Information, including name, phone number and email address for the caregiver requesting the appointment
• Three possible appointment dates
• A preferred appointment time
• The appointment type (well versus follow-up)
• Comments, including the child’s full name and date of birth as well as any provider preferences

Please be certain that these fields are complete. Missing information will result in a delay in processing your request.

Convenient Confirmation via Email

If one of your three choices is available, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. You can expect that email within 2 business days of your request.
If none of your three choices are available, you will receive an email offering an alternative date/time to be seen. You can expect that email within 2 business days of your request. If that alternate date/time is acceptable, you can reply to the email to confirm your visit. If not, you can reply to the email asking a scheduling coordinator to contact you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Access the Request Link?

You will find the link on the home page of our website right in the top banner. You can also access the links from the “Appointments” tab on our home page. You will need to choose the location for your visit before requesting an appointment.

What Types of Appointments Can I Request?

You can use the online link to request well check-ups and follow-up visits. The link should not be used to request same-day sick appointments. These visits should continue to be scheduled by phone at 215-735-5600 (Center City) or 610-257-9000 (Bala Cynwyd).

How Is a Requested Appointment Confirmed?

You can expect a response from our office via email within 2 business days. If your requested date/time is available, that email will simply be a confirmation of your appointment. If your requested date/time is not available, that email will offer an alternative appointment that is as close to your requested date/time as possible.
