Parents and legal guardians can access the following information about their child’s medical history: immunizations, vitals, growth charts, visit (clinical) summaries, patient education, active and inactive medications, view upcoming appointments, request appointment reminders via text or email, handle prescription renewals, email a question the physician/nurse, request referrals electronically and view your child’s list of active diagnosis.
