9. What If I Forget My Username or Password?

You can reset your password yourself. Please follow the prompts on the log-in page.
Due to HIPAA laws you CANNOT reset your Username on your own. If you forget your Username please email us at: onlinerecordhelp@centercitypediatrics.com.
*Avoid having to contact us for your Username by using one of the social media log-in options when you set up your account!
